Biotech curse strikes again
Shares in Antisoma, the oncology research company, slumped by 70 per cent after its partner, Swiss company Novartis, cancelled the further development of Antisoma’s ASA404 lung cancer treatment after an interim study of the Phase III ‘Attract-1′ trial showed there would be no positive result.
